PROJECTS
Public Water Supply District No. 3 has high expectation for the future of this district. Over the next few years we anticipate completing numerous projects such as drilling a new well, building a new pump station, restoring existing storage tanks and wells. We currently have 2 water main extension projects underway that will supply water for new developments.
PWSD No. 3 recently sold property within the Hickory Hills Subdivision to J & J Rentals. They plan to put 16 new duplexes on this property. This would add an additional 32 new water and wastewater customers.
PWSD No. 3 is excited for more development along SE DD Hwy. A new subdivision near the intersection of SE DD Hwy and SE 13 Hwy bypass could potentially bring an additional 210 new water and wastewater customers.
