PWSD No. 3 was the recipient of the 2019 Water System of the Year award and the 2016 Newsletter of the Year award by Missouri Rural Water Association.

Mr. Reynolds has been with the District since 2011. He has been a huge asset to the district and he continues to prove himself as a very valuable team leader. Mr. Reynolds recently completed his MRWA Apprenticeship Program to become a licensed Journeyman.

After retiring from the United States Air Force in 2007, Mr. Nelson joined the PWSD No. 3 team as our financial expert.

Ms. Sanders was hired in 2006 to create required plans. After a brief intermission, Ms. Sanders returned to the water district in 2009. Ms. Sanders is our project administrator and mapping specialist.

Ms. Kiser joined our office team in June 2023. As a recent graduate from UCM, Ms. Kiser is eager to assist our customers with any questions.

Before joining PWSD No. 3 in 2006 Mr. Streeter had 25 years of experience in the Water and Wastewater industry. Since being hired, Mr. Streeter has contributed to a significant amount of growth for the District.

Meet our new generation of Water / Wastewater Technicians
PWSD No. 3 recently hired new technicians. Our new team members may not have previous water / wastewater experience but they have demonstrated their capability and eagerness to learn the water and wastewater industry. We look forward to watching them develop further as water / wastewater operators.
